Terms and Conditions

• We are Little Equestrians and by placing an order with ourselves, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please be aware that all orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. 
 
Delivery

• Once your order has been placed and payment received, we endeavor to dispatch the order within 3-5 working days, via a tracked courier service. We shall however endeavor to dispatch the order sooner than this timescale.

• We will send you a confirmation e-mail, along with any relevant courier tracking details. Should there be any problems regarding the dispatch of your orders we will let you know immediately either via phone or e-mail.

• Mainland UK - Maximum of £7.95

• Deliveries are usually made by a next day courier service and therefore must be signed for. If for any reason your parcel cannot be delivered within 2 attempts, a re-delivery charge may apply. We would ask that you allow 3-5 working days for dispatch and delivery of your order. Should there be an unlikely event that your order is delayed any longer that this we will ensure that we contact you via phone or e-mail.

• Should you have an urgent requirement for your items then please feel free to contact us, and we will be only too happy to help in making special arrangements.

Returns Policy

• Please note that all items you wish to return must be within 14 days from the date you sign for the order with the courier service. The items must be returned in an undamaged, unused and unsoiled condition. The items are to still include all tags and stickers, along with any product packaging that were sent out. The items must be in a resalable condition. Should the items be returned in anything but the above condition we will be forced to deduct from your refund.

• Please send your returns by any method you choose to Little equestrians - Eaves Brow Barn, Spring Lane, Croft, Warrington, Cheshire, WA3 7AT. Please ensure you include your original order number, contact name and phone number. 

• We suggest that you obtain a proof of postage should the unlikely event that the items do not reach us, this would be required for you to claim compensation from your chosen delivery service.

• Upon receipt of the returned items and subject to them meeting the standards set out above, a refund will be completed within 48 hours of receiving the items.

Pricing and Availability

• We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information provided on our website is up to date and accurate, however it can be subject to change of which we shall inform you the customer of any changes made.

• We may offer promotional discount codes and these can be applied to an order, however only one code can be used for any order placed.
